OEM Regional Sales Manager

Location: Hockley, TX

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Department: Sales – OEM
Travel: Occasional business travel may be required. Travel frequency will depend on business needs, territory responsibilities, customer activity, and the leadership level of the position. 

Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced OEM Regional Sales Manager to develop, manage, and grow relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer customers within an assigned region.

This role will focus on business development, customer relationship management, account growth, and coordination with internal departments to support customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships while identifying opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and manage relationships with OEM customers within an assigned region 
  • Identify and pursue new OEM business opportunities 
  • Maintain and expand existing customer accounts 
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, purchasing teams, and customer leadership 
  • Understand customer product requirements, forecasts, pricing needs, and supply expectations 
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding pricing, inventory, supply availability, order fulfillment, and customer requirements 
  • Support new customer and product development initiatives 
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for additional business 
  • Prepare and communicate sales forecasts, account updates, and market information 
  • Assist with pricing negotiations and customer agreements 
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate internal resources to support timely resolution 
  • Monitor regional market activity, competition, and customer trends 
  • Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, industry events, and business travel
Requirements
  • Strong B2B sales, account management, or business development experience 
  • Experience managing large or complex customer accounts 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities 
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and other departments 
  • Comfortable working with pricing, forecasting, customer requirements, and account performance 
  • Ability to travel as required to support customers and business development activities

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous OEM sales or account management experience 
  • Experience within the tire, automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry 
  • Experience managing a regional sales territory 
  • Experience working with purchasing departments, manufacturers, or large corporate accounts 
  • Knowledge of supply chain, inventory planning, forecasting, or product development processes 
  • Established industry relationships
