Provides assistance and works at the direction of the Retail Banking Manager to manage the overall performance of a full-service branch office of The Citizens Bank of Weston by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisor or employees. Promotes a culture inclusive of our Mission, Vision and Core Values. Fully executes the bank’s customer service standards, explains available products, and services while building customer confidence and trust.
