We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented Senior Manager, Strategy & Integration to support the Senior Director, Strategy & Integration and senior leadership in translating the Company's strategic priorities into actionable plans, informed decisions, and measurable business results. This role serves as a senior individual contributor and cross-functional integrator, providing business analysis, strategic planning support, initiative management, and executive decision support across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, analytical rigor, project leadership, and the ability to influence across functions in a dynamic aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environment.
What You Will Own (Essential Functions)
Strategy Development & Execution
- Support development and execution of the Company's strategic plan, long-range objectives, annual priorities, and growth initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitive, customer, financial, and business performance analysis to identify strategic opportunities, risks, and emerging issues.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured workplans, milestones, performance measures, and implementation activities.
- Track progress against strategic objectives, identify execution gaps, and develop recommendations for corrective actions or changes in priorities.
- Support preparation and facilitation of strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and leadership decision forums.
Strategic Initiatives & Business Integration
- Serve as a senior individual contributor supporting complex cross-functional initiatives aligned with the Company's strategic priorities.
- Support the development of project plans, integration roadmaps, governance structures, decision frameworks, risk registers, and performance measures for assigned strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across functional teams to maintain alignment, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and support timely execution.
- Support integration planning associated with organizational changes, business transformation initiatives, partnerships, and potential acquisitions.
- Facilitate cross-functional working groups and maintain clear accountability for actions, decisions, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify organizational or process interfaces that may inhibit execution and recommend practical solutions to improve integration and business performance.
Business Performance & Decision Support
- Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, dashboards, decision briefs, and recommendations that translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Support development and maintenance of key performance indicators and management reporting aligned with strategic objectives.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Programs, Business Development, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other functions to integrate data and perspectives into business decisions.
- Perform scenario analysis and develop fact-based recommendations to support resource allocation, investment decisions, and strategic tradeoffs.
Organizational Excellence & Operating Rhythm
- Support the development and continuous improvement of enterprise planning, review, and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate recurring strategic and business performance reviews, including preparation of materials, consolidation of inputs, action tracking, and follow-through.
- Promote disciplined execution, accountability, and fact-based decision making across assigned initiatives.
- Develop repeatable tools, templates, processes, and analytical methods that improve the consistency and effectiveness of strategic planning and business integration.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business operations, program management, management consulting, business transformation, finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives within an aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other complex industrial environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business analyses, strategic recommendations, implementation plans, and executive-level decision-support materials.
- Experience with strategic planning, annual operating planning, long-range planning, business performance management, or organizational integration strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, post-acquisition integration, or major business transformation activities is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential or sensitive business information.
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement and disciplined execution.
Work Conditions
- Primarily office-based work with frequent computer use.
- Regular interaction with manufacturing operations and production personnel.
- Occasional travel to Company facilities, customer locations, acquisition targets, or industry events may be required.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment, including walking the production floor, climbing stairs or ladders, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds, and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
