What Your Day Looks Like:

• Diagnose and repair heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
• Run maintenance, tune-ups, and seasonal service visits
• Walk homeowners through repair and replacement options, consultative and never high-pressure
• Turn first-time customers into lifelong McWilliams fans with a 5-star experience
• Keep clean, accurate service records
• Run your own schedule and truck inventory like a pro

 You’re Our Tech If You Have: 

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Strong diagnostic skills across a wide range of equipment and failure modes
• Drive to earn, and comfort with a performance-based pay plan
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• The communication skills to be the face of McWilliams in every home
• Must be 22 years of age or older (company vehicle insurance requirement)
