Morin Process Equipment is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our industrial and technical equipment business across the Southeast. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in the field, understands industrial environments, and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.


This is a field-based role that will be covering a territory in the Louisville and Southern, KY area. The ideal candidate will be based out of Louisville, KY, but consideration will be given to those located in Lexington, Elizabethtown, Calvert City, or Bowling Green. 


You’ll represent a respected brand in pumps, process equipment, and engineered solutions—working directly with decision-makers in manufacturing, utilities, food & beverage, chemical, and industrial facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a strong territory with a focus on new business and account growth

• Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, maintenance leaders, and procurement teams

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment and technical solutions

• Work closely with internal engineering and service teams to deliver value-driven proposals

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

• Attend industry events, plant visits, and customer meetings regularly

Requirements

 

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (industrial, mechanical, or technical preferred)

• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, pumps, process systems, or related products

• Comfortable selling consultatively rather than transactionally

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

• Valid Driver's License
