Description
Job Summary:
To maintain the overall cleanliness of the property, provide assistance to the maintenance team in preparing apartments for occupancy, and maintaining pool quality levels at San Angelin and San Miguel. Primary focus: curb appeal.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Comply with all community and safety policies, including wearing back belt and safety glasses when needed. Comply with all site and company policies, follow all Fair Housing Rules, and adhere to dress code.
- Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment around the Leasing Office, Clubhouse, Pool and all common areas.
- Remove graffiti on same day it appears.
- Maintain clean streets, curbs and sidewalks.
- Paint curbs and property as needed.
- Inspect and clean property from exterior fences.
- Sweep all breezeways and steps.
- Keep property free of trash, debris, and animal feces. Report consistent violations.
- Maintain clean laundry rooms.
- Maintain clean doors and light globes.
- Replace exterior light bulbs as needed.
- Clean pool area and pool furniture.
- Clean playground equipment and grounds.
- Empty all trash receptacles as often as necessary, check daily. Maintain clean trash enclosures, rotating
- dumpsters as needed. Hose down as often as needed.
- Empty ash urns as often as needed.
- Report to Property Manager any inoperable vehicles on property.
- Assist in apartment make-readies and carpet shampoos
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities: integrity
- Equipment Maintenance- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
- English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one-year related experience required.
- Bilingual preferred
Physical and Location Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation, possess a valid Arizona Drivers license, and a clean driving record with personal auto insurance.
- Moderate stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, talking and hearing. Ability to identify and distinguish color.
- Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time; to climb stairs; to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, climb, reach, twist, and grasp heavy objects.
- Make repetitive hand movement in the performance of daily duties; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight; to operate assigned equipment and vehicles.

Salary Description
$20.00 - $21.00/hour
