Connected Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and versatile SME Software Developer, Applications, to assist in supporting the Department of State's; Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) PRiMES application. The application was intended to aid in PRM’s internal processes, reporting, monitoring, and decision-making capabilities and is now undergoing expansion to provide that same support to all offices in the Department programming foreign assistance from humanitarian funding accounts. This role will assist in providing operation and maintenance support for PRiMES and to develop enhancements to the system. 


Key Responsibilities:


Duties include but may not be limited to:

  • Designing, developing and maintaining enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Configuring custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows and CRM security models
  • Developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript and the Dynamics CRM SDK
  • Building and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to support business process automation
  • Developing and enhancing custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and related technologies
  • Integrating Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML and web services
  • Supporting SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries and reporting support
  • Assisting with data migration, system modernization and application enhancement initiatives
  • Supporting automated notifications, workflow processes and system-triggered business logic
  • Troubleshooting application issues, support production systems and implement enhancements based on user and stakeholder needs
  • Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation and status updates
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions and deliver high-quality software
Requirements
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance at time of award
  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Strong Development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies
  • Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models
  • Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries
  • Experience supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal clients


Total Rewards Statement

This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
