Opportunity: Augusta ENT is seeking a motivated and patient-focused individual to join our Audiology team as a Hearing Aid Dispenser Intern. This opportunity is ideal for someone with an interest in hearing health, marketing or medical sales with a well-established multi-site ENT practice. This role offers hands on clinical experience, direct mentorship from licensed Audiologists, and structured training designed to prepare you for future licensure as a Hearing Aid Specialist.

What You’ll be Doing:
- Assist with hearing screenings and support audiologic evaluations
- Observe and participate in hearing aid fittings and patient consultations
- Help educate patients on hearing loss and device use
- Support hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Participate in training and development toward licensure

Location: The objective for this position is to provide comprehensive training to a candidate, enabling them to become a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist. Upon successful completion of the training at our CSRA offices, the individual will transition to our Statesboro location.

Candidate Profile:
· Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related program (e.g., communications, marketing, business, healthcare administration, biology, psychology), preferred
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain technical information clearly
· Customer-service oriented with a sales mindset and comfort discussing products and pricing
· Detail-oriented with strong documentation, organizational and basic computer skills
· Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to compliance standards
· Prior experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles, preferred
· Ability to travel between locations
· Coachable and eager to learn; willing to complete state-required supervised training hours and licensure exams
