We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technology vision across the organization.
The CIO is a senior executive responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions within the organization. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements, supporting and maintaining existing applications, and developing new technical solutions. The CIO will also play a key role in aligning technology strategies with the organization’s long-term goals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports business growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead company-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and cloud strategy.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT leadership team.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify technology-driven opportunities.
- Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and performance metrics.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology strategy.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, data governance, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business strategy.
- Experience managing large teams and complex budgets.
