As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve. In addition to the life-changing work, BCBAs on our team enjoy the following:

• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Indiana LBA preferred or ability to obtain state licensure 
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician
