We are seeking a highly efficient and organized executive assistant to support the VP of Operations, owning calendars, communication, and the day-to-day details that keep the operation moving.
Who We Are
When it comes to what makes a remarkable egg, we know a thing (or a dozen). We've learned the ins and outs of what it takes to produce a richer yolk and a more flavorful egg, from our beautiful farms and the specialty breeds of birds that roam on them to their high-quality feed, all the way to the stores we partner with to get them to your kitchen. There's an extra dose of happy in every step. The proof is inside the shell.

- Compose and prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Manage office processes and procedures to ensure a smooth-running workplace.
- Keep a pulse on business and VP needs, and solve potential issues before they arise.
- Act as a bridge between the VP's office and internal departments, building trust and credibility.
- Own a variety of special projects from concept to completion.
- Prioritize competing needs and handle matters proactively and efficiently.
- Manage the VP's travel plans and logistics.
