Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation’s most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We’re looking for a Community Life Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons at Hilton Head Lakes, an active adult 55+ community offering resort-style Lowcountry living with amenities including a pool, pickleball, and a golf simulator currently under construction.

This is a highly visible, resident-facing role for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping things organized, and making sure the details behind a great community experience come together. You’ll support resident programs and events, communications, administrative needs, and day-to-day community operations while serving as a welcoming and dependable resource for residents and stakeholders.

If you’re someone who is approachable, organized, comfortable handling a little bit of everything, and genuinely enjoys creating positive experiences for others, we’d love to meet you.
