Description

General Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to support our dealer partners throughout the sales and order process. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing responsive support with product questions, quotations, order processing, project requirements, and order status.


The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to accuracy, follow-through, and providing an exceptional customer experience.


This is a full-time (hourly), on-site position, five days per week. Consistent and punctual attendance is required.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers, responding to customer inquiries by email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide pre-sale support related to products, pricing, specifications, lead times, and order requirements.
  • Prepare product quotations and supporting documentation.
  • Review purchase orders, specifications, drawings, finishes, and project information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide order acknowledgments, status updates, and other important project information.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Credit, Manufacturing, and Shipping to support accurate and timely order processing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, maintaining ownership through resolution.
  • Build positive relationships with dealer partners and internal teams through responsive, accurate, and professional communication.
  • All other duties as assigned


Requirements

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities for Consideration as a Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, Project Coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, orders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP, CRM, or order-processing systems preferred.
  • Contract furniture, commercial furniture, or made-to-order manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
