Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, maintain, and operate a database/spreadsheet to support CIDA case management, metrics, and reporting, and provide a matrix on the CIDA workload.
  • Develop, maintain, and update the customer tracking database, and provide metrics on the status of all supported programs (e.g., program milestones, S&T PP status, PPP status, types and numbers of surveys and/or assessments conducted).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable degree in the Information Technology (IT) field.
  • Six (6) years of experience in Operations support.  

Required Skills

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.
  • Working knowledge of using Power BI and SharePoint.

Desired Skills

  • Additional certifications in IT programs related to experience are preferred but not required.
  • Recommended certifications for the SQL database developer role are the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Data Platform or the Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional.
  • Experience writing functions and procedures in MS Access and Visual Basic is preferred.
