Position Details
We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.
This position may include 8-hour shifts, including weekend rotation as scheduled.
Pay
$16.19 - $18.77 per hour (based on experience)

A resident assistant (RA) in senior living provides support and assistance to residents with their daily living activities and promotes a safe and engaging environment. They help with tasks like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the toilet, and also offer emotional support and companionship. RAs play a vital role in ensuring residents' well-being and independence.

Essential Functions
- Provides resident-centered care according to service plans and direction from the RN Care Coordinator.
- Communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff; monitors resident status and promptly reports changes or concerns.
- Accurately documents services and follows safety, standard precautions, body mechanics, and scope-of-training requirements.
- Completes required training and assists with scheduling to ensure adequate resident care coverage while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
- CBRF training (preferred, not required)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Covid Vaccine (preferred)
