At Third Street Family Health Services, our pharmacy team plays an important role in helping patients access the medications, education, and care they need to live healthier lives.


We’re looking for a Staff Pharmacist who brings clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care. In this role, you’ll help ensure safe and effective medication therapy, collaborate with providers and care teams, support pharmacy operations, and help lead a team committed to serving our patients.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant medication dispensing and pharmacy operations.
  • Counsel patients and caregivers and support positive medication outcomes.
  • Collaborate with providers and care teams on prescriptions, alternative therapies, and prior authorizations.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and 340B requirements.
  • Maintain effective medication inventory, procurement, and security processes.
  • Provide clinical guidance and day-to-day leadership to pharmacy staff.
  • Coach and develop team members while promoting quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Help create a safe, welcoming pharmacy experience for every patient.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy required (Pharm.D. preferred,) 
  • Ohio Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist (RPh) License 
  • Board Certification in Pharmaceutical Care preferred; 
  • Immunization Training required 
  • Experience: 3 years’ experience as a Pharmacist; 
  • Certificate/License: Current state license(s) and controlled substance license to practice pharmacy in the State of Ohio. Ability to maintain complaint credentialing status
