We're looking for a Technical and Training Coordinator to support our Technical and Training team. What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Technical and Training Specialist team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and team events
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action item follow-ups
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and procurement requests
  • Support departmental reporting and maintain training-related databases and records
  • Coordinate the scheduling, planning, and logistics of training programs, workshops, webinars, and certification events
  • Manage training registrations, attendance tracking, and completion records
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, course evaluations, and communications
  • Coordinate training venues, equipment, technology needs, and catering when applicable
  • Serve as a point of contact for training participants before, during, and after events
  • Maintain training schedules, course catalogs, and learning management system (LMS) records
  • Organize and update technical documentation, training materials, standard operating procedures, and reference guides
  • Support project coordination for the Technical and Training Specialist team, tracking milestones, action items, and deadlines
  • Compile training metrics, participation data, and program effectiveness reports
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new employees

What You'll Need

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Education, Training, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, training coordination, project coordination, or support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Salary Description
$24 - $27 per hour
