- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 2-5 ?years proven experience participating in collaborative development environment preferred with proven experience as a software developer or other similar experience.
- A technical certification in a modern programming language such as Java, C#, Python or Angular is strongly preferred. Other acceptable substitutes may include internships, academic projects, coding bootcamps, relevant education (Coursera, edX, Udacity, Udemy, CodeCamp, or some other training profile) and/or participation in hackathons.
- Willing to complete advanced certifications as required by individual projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Environment: Hybrid work environment (office and remote).

- Travel: Occasional travel to client sites or conferences may be required.
- Standard business hours, with potential for extended hours during project deadlines or critical phases. Based in the Midwest, so standard business hours are typically 8:30 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST. Standard business hours may vary depending on client needs.
