Description
Sales Representative (West Phoenix, Arizona)
The goal of this position is to maximize sales through the promotion of our products with regular and continuous service to the assigned sales outlets, always ensuring correct execution.
As a Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will be:

• Identifying and communicating to direct manager market opportunities to increase sales.
  
• Visiting all points of sale assigned as part of a route across the West Phoenix territory.
  
• Generating sales in the assigned stores by:
  
• Knowing and having all the information to execute a sale.
  
• Marketing our products and executing the display.
  
• Creating and maintaining customer relationships.
  
• Scanning products that are marketed at each point of sale.
  
• Performing an inventory survey at each point of sale to identify which products to order and keep inventory based on the store’s rotation to avoid depletion.
  
• Selling and merchandising products across multiple retail locations.
  
• Creating and maintaining a solid relationship with personnel of the points of sales.
  
• Negotiating with the points of sales the execution of additional exhibits, tasting events, and activities that will promote our products.
  
• Reporting in a truthful and timely manner in the different systems of the company the required information.

 Requirements Required Qualifications: 

• Native or bilingual spanish   

English communication skills are helpful but not essential.  

• Associate Degree, technical certificate, or post-secondary coursework.  
• Previous merchandising, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training is available.  
• Experience with a CPG company or the retail industry (Preferred).  
• Basic technology skills, including the ability to use mobile apps and cellular/wireless devices.  
• Good communication and customer service skills.  
• Must be able to work independently and within a team with limited supervision.  
• Availability to travel throughout the assigned West Phoenix territory and up to 25% of the time, as a potential Yuma route may be added in the future.  

Physical requirements: 

• Must be able to walk and move around 2/3 of the time.  
• Using fingers to operate tools and devices.  
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
