Pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled carpenter who can confidently lead projects, work independently, and maintain a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and perform carpentry work on residential and/or commercial projects
• Read and interpret plans, measurements, and project specifications
• Complete framing, trim, finish carpentry, repairs, and other general carpentry tasks
• Measure, cut, install, and assemble materials accurately
• Coordinate day-to-day work on the job site and help keep projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure completed work meets quality and craftsmanship standards
• Work alongside other team members and provide guidance when needed
• Communicate project needs, progress, and potential issues to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Previous carpentry experience required
• Lead or crew-lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and construction practices
• Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and complete work with attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift materials as needed
