Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

· Perform preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.

· Manage and maintain the Maintain X software for tracking maintenance activities, scheduling, and inventory management.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits of machinery to identify potential issues before they become critical.

· Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

· Provide training and support to other team members on proper maintenance procedures and the use of Maintain X software.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.

· Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
