Buckhead Smile Center is looking for an experienced, motivated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our growing team! This is a full-time, 5-day-per-week position with alternating Saturdays required.

Schedule & Office Hours

This position works 5 days per week. Alternating Saturdays are required, and when you work a Saturday, you’ll receive a weekday off that same week.

Our office hours are:

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

What We’re Looking For

• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) required
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Strong chairside and clinical assisting skills
• Comfortable assisting with a variety of dental procedures
• Experience with Open Dental is a big plus
• Experience with iTero is a big plus
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced practice
• Availability to work alternating Saturdays

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
• Valid X-ray certificate.
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
• CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Operations Manager
