We help public works, water, wastewater, and municipal clients make smarter decisions about the infrastructure they own and the resources they manage. As an Enterprise Asset Management Analyst, you will work with experienced consultants to analyze data, improve business processes, support technology initiatives, and help clients optimize their people, assets, and operations. 

What You'll Do:

• Analyze infrastructure, maintenance, operational, and financial data.
• Document and improve business processes and workflows.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Support asset management assessments and strategic planning efforts.
• Assist with implementation and optimization of asset management technologies.
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance reviews.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, GIS professionals, and client staff.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in one of these areas: Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Public Administration, GIS, or Operations Management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.

Preferred:

• Internship, co-op, research, or project experience.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, GIS, or data visualization tools.
• Interest in public infrastructure, utilities, operations, or asset management.
