Seeking an Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician at 800 Tower Apartments: 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of maintenance or apartment maintenance experience
• Bilingual preferred not required
• Previous leadership experience required
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring maintenance team members
• Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
• Strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and support the Lead Maintenance Technician
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• EPA/CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain
