Bubon Orthodontics is a 17-location practice across Wisconsin and Illinois. We're hiring a Marketing & Design Intern to support the full marketing function, with a focus on social media content and Canva design. You'll work directly with the marketing lead and get real work in front of real audiences, not busywork. 

What You'll Do

• Create and help manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and more. 
• Design graphics, stories, reels covers and print pieces in Canva 
• Support Adobe projects (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) when needed 
• Attend community events and practice events to capture photo and video content 
• Help manage the content calendar and community engagement 
•  Support campaigns, email, website updates and location-specific marketing as needed

What We're Looking For

• Canva proficiency (required)
• Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok as a creator, not just a user
• Comfortable with a phone camera and basic video editing (CapCut, Canva or similar)
• Strong writing and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation for events; some are evenings or weekends
• Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite, photography, experience with a healthcare or multi-location brand
• Flexible scheduling built around your class or work schedule
• Hybrid: remote work plus in-person days for events and content capture
