The Opportunity: We are searching for a highly skilled, self-motivated, detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and maintain our next generation of web-based software systems. We prefer a contract-to-hire approach to ensure strong alignment with the existing team, and we are committed to taking the time necessary to identify the right long-term fit.

Responsibilities:

· Work with the Mix Leadership and other Mix team members in the design and creation of scalable software for mobile and desktop environments.

· Build the front end of applications with a modern, user-friendly design.

· Design responsive applications using Bootstrap.

· Design client- and server-side architecture.

· Write and maintain technical documentation.

· Troubleshoot and debug applications.

· Test software to ensure design requirements, quality, and functionality.

· Create reports and project updates as needed for management review.

· Apply knowledge of AI, data, and technology practices to improve processes where appropriate.

· Perform additional ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Required Technical Skills:

· 3 + years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

· Full stack development experience.

· Exposure to PHP coding language; expert-level PHP experience is not required.

· Experience with SQL Server.

· Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

· Experience developing web-based mobile and desktop applications.

· Experience with API integrations.

· Strong documentation, detail orientation, and QA/testing capabilities.

· BS in computer science or related field is required.

Desired Technical Skills:

· Azure platform experience.

· PowerShell experience.

· Data warehouse knowledge or experience.

· Knowledge and understanding of effective ways to work with AI.

· Experience with source control management.

· Bootstrap and jQuery experience.

· Familiarity with Microsoft IIS.

· User interface and user experience design skills.

· Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
