Naples Soap Company is seeking a versatile and dedicated individual to join our team as a Route Delivery Driver and Warehouse Worker. This role requires a motivated and reliable individual who can efficiently manage delivery responsibilities and assist in warehouse operations when not on the road.

Job Description:

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods to store locations.

Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle using proper handling of product and appropriate safety procedures.

Verify the accuracy of delivery orders by inspecting and counting items before departure.

Provide excellent customer service by interacting with warehouse, front office, and store management in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle.

Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.

Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Report any vehicle maintenance or safety issues promptly to the supervisor.

Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, including picking, packing, shipping, and organizing products.

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on fulfillment .

Safely operate warehouse equipment such as racks and hand trucks.

Ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe for all employees.

Assist with loading and unloading shipments, checking for damages, and reporting discrepancies.

Collaborate with other warehouse team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Adhere to safety guidelines and follow proper handling procedures for hazardous materials.

Participate in periodic training sessions related to warehouse safety and procedures.

Qualifications:

Delivery Driver:

• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience (two years minimum) as a delivery driver.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and carry heavy packages.

Warehouse Worker:

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory management.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shifts (8:00 am-4:00 pm)

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Professional Van driver: 2 years (Required)
• Warehouse a Plus: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Florida Drivers License (Required) 
• Must pass a MVR and Background screening
