Position Overview
This position is responsible for processing, detailing, and inspecting garments within the Apparel Embroidery Department. Critical elements of the position include teamwork, clear communication, self-initiative, sound judgment, achieving and maintaining production efficiency, and, most importantly, an unwavering dedication to the quality of the product produced.

Key Responsibilities

Review the order form to make sure the garment is correct and all steps have been completed.
Clean garments by trimming threads, pulling paper, and removing any hoop marks and/or stains.
Add barcodes and proper licensing when necessary.
Check for special instructions, such as orders that require individual folding, poly-bagging, placing garments on hangers, or removing existing hang tags.
Check final counts on all paperwork.
Sustain effective and positive working relationships that support both the Company's Core Values and profitability goals.
Work on special projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by (functional area senior management team member).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards.
Communicate production issues, quality concerns, or equipment needs to the supervisor promptly.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time position.
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m.– 3:00 a.m.
