Primary Objective: This pivotal position will orchestrate and elevate our customer education and operational training functions, aligning them closely with overarching strategic goals.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for customer education programs and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead the conception, implementation, and oversight of robust customer education and operational training programs, harnessing diverse learning modalities and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment of customer enablement initiatives with corporate priorities.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the efficacy and impact of customer education and operational training programs, continuously refining them based on data-driven insights.
  • Establish scalable processes for delivering training and educational resources to customers across various channels, including in-person sessions, virtual classrooms, and self-paced learning platforms.
  • Cultivate a culture of perpetual learning and development, empowering both customers and employees to acquire new skills and knowledge crucial for success.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a cadre of customer education specialists, Knowledge base administrators, instructional designers, trainers, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration with organizational objectives.
  • Forge strategic alliances and partnerships with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry luminaries to expand the reach and potency of our customer enablement initiatives.
  • Champion customer education as a core pillar of our organizational strategy, serving as an influential thought leader and advocate at industry events, conferences, and forums.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful customer education programs that drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and pioneering training methodologies.
  • Exceptional strategic acumen and analytical prowess, adept at translating business imperatives into actionable customer enablement strategies.
  • Superlative communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for influencing and collaborating effectively across all organizational tiers.
  • Demonstrated capability to galvanize teams, nurturing a culture of excellence, synergy, and perpetual improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate complexity and drive transformation in a swiftly evolving business landscape.
  • Passionate commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth, with an unwavering dedication to remaining at the vanguard of industry trends and best practices in customer enablement.
  • Travel may be required for customer education, on-site training, or internal training purposes
