Manager, Performance Marketing
Description

Turn data into action—and action into growth.

We’re looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing who combines analytical thinking with a strong bias for action. In this role, you’ll help drive the day-to-day performance of our marketing engine across a growing organization—partnering with agencies, monitoring campaign results, identifying opportunities, and ensuring our teams have the insights they need to move quickly and make smarter decisions.

As our company continues to grow and our brands evolve, you’ll play an important role in building scalable, consistent performance marketing practices that can support new markets, brands, and opportunities.

This is a role for someone who demonstrates Ownership by taking accountability for execution and results, creates Impact by turning performance data into meaningful action, and brings the Intensity to dig into the details, spot issues early, and continuously improve. Just as importantly, you’ll Win Together by collaborating across Marketing, Creative, Sales, and agency partners to turn strong execution into measurable business growth.

If you’re energized by testing, optimizing, solving problems, and seeing the direct impact of your work on leads and sales, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will do:

  •  Manage day-to-day agency execution — briefs, QA, timelines, and deliverable tracking across both brands
  •  Own weekly performance reporting — leads, sales, and channel KPIs, with week-over-week and month-over-month analysis
  •  Surface performance anomalies (spend spikes, lead drops, pacing issues) and recommend corrective action
  •  Maintain the test-and-learn log and synthesize results for the Sr. Manager
  •  Own UTM tagging governance and tracking hygiene across campaigns
  •  Manage martech/platform access and reporting dashboard upkeep for the performance stack
  •  Update performance creative based on campaign data and results, editing assets in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Brand Strategy & Creative
Requirements
