Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a Management Analyst to provide operational, administrative, security, and asset-management support for secure laboratory spaces within the NIWC Pacific environment. The position supports day-to-day lab operations, physical security, property accountability, inspection readiness, and compliance with applicable Government policies and procedures. The Management Analyst works closely with Government personnel to maintain secure, safe, organized, and mission-ready laboratory spaces.
This position is 100% onsite.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
· Open and close secure laboratory spaces in accordance with NIWCPACINST 5500.1D and established Government security procedures.
· Monitor and control access to secure spaces, ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted entry.
· Maintain accurate key-control, visitor, and access logs, including current authorized access lists.
· Support visitor access and ensure required documentation and accountability procedures are followed.
· Maintain physical and electronic inventories of Government property, equipment, and other accountable assets.
· Conduct periodic inventories and reconcile discrepancies between physical assets and electronic property records.
· Perform routine space inspections, safety walks, and security walks at frequencies established by the Government.
· Identify and document security, safety, property, or facility deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with appropriate Government personnel.
· Maintain laboratory documentation, records, checklists, and supporting evidence to ensure continual inspection readiness.
· Assist with preparation for Government security, safety, property, and compliance inspections.
· Track inspection findings and corrective actions through resolution and maintain supporting documentation.
· Support asset management activities, including property location, accountability, transfers, and disposition documentation.
· Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, trackers, standard operating procedures, and other management documentation supporting laboratory operations.
· Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements that strengthen accountability, efficiency, security, and inspection readiness.
· Coordinate with Government personnel, security representatives, property managers, facilities personnel, and other stakeholders regarding laboratory operational requirements.
· Perform additional administrative and operational support activities necessary to maintain secure laboratory operations.

Required Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Acquisition, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of or as a substitute for certain education requirements, as permitted by contract requirements.
· Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years of professional experience in management analysis, program support, operations, asset management, security administration, or a related discipline. Experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of the Navy (DoN) is preferred.
· Experience working within controlled or secure Government facilities and following established physical-security and access-control procedures.
· Experience maintaining property inventories, access records, inspection documentation, or other accountability records.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to maintain accurate records and effectively track multiple operational requirements and corrective actions.
· Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
· Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with Government and contractor personnel.
