We're looking for a Lead Consulting Engineer (TOS) to serve as a trusted advisor for our clients, helping them align technology investments with business goals while guiding them through growth, risk management, and digital transformation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving complex technical challenges, and taking a proactive approach to helping clients succeed.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the strategic technology advisor for a portfolio of clients
• Develop technology roadmaps and recommendations that support business objectives
• Conduct technical assessments, audits, and recurring client reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve security, infrastructure, cloud, and overall technology performance
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Engineering, Projects, and Client Success teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Act as a senior technical resource for complex client environments
• Build trusted relationships with client leadership and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical background across infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and business systems
• Experience consulting with business leaders and translating technical concepts into practical solutions
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when needed
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in managed services or multi-client environments is preferred
• A proactive mindset with a passion for helping clients get the most from their technology
