Verge Therapy is a nationally recognized, clinician-owned practice, led by award-winning leadership and represented within the Forbes Business Council for its measurable impact on client outcomes and its commitment to building sustainable, high-performing clinical teams. Every decision about pay, schedule, and workload is made by someone who's sat in the chair, which is why you're paid for your paperwork. 12 minutes of paid admin time for every clinical hour, built into your rate, not a stipend or something you catch up on at 9pm for free. It's also why 82% of the clinicians we hired in 2025 are still with us, up from 61% in 2023.
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and client-centered EMDR Therapist to join our inclusive team. This is a part-time, fee-for-service position with opportunities for bonuses, reporting to the Clinical Director. In this role, you will provide affirming, trauma-focused, evidence-based care using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. You will be supported by a values-driven practice that celebrates diversity and believes that when therapists are truly supported, they and their clients flourish. Part-time is 48 billable hours per month (~12/week), measured monthly, not weekly. A month absorbs the ordinary rhythm of clinical work: a heavy week, a school vacation, a run of cancellations.

- Paid administrative time
- Free individual and group supervision and risk consultation support
- CEU reimbursement and a stipend to cover exam fees
