JANSON is seeking a Regional Project Manager – Europe to serve as our representative for its modernized facility projects ranging from Military Dining Facilities, Offices, Buildings, and other renovation projects for the US military throughout Europe. This position will be based out of Germany and US citizenship with a DOW security clearance is a requirement. This individual is responsible for project performance, schedule and budget, customer engagement and relationship development, program delivery, service excellence, operational leadership, and growth opportunities across the European military market.

Regional Leadership

·  Manage the budget, schedule and performance of all facility renovation projects - ensuring projects are delivered in adherence to the PWS and customer expectations.

·  Meticulous at planning and organization. 

·  Manage and cultivate customer relationships and coordinate with groups such as DPW (Department of Public Works).

·  Brief customers on schedules and contract performance. 

·  Manage onsite teams and subcontractors. 

·  Self-motivator that drives service excellence and quality assurance across all projects.

·  Enhance relationships with current customers and maintain superior relationships with installation leadership, contracting officers, and sub-contractors.

·  Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project risks.

·  Identify, source and coordinate vendors and supply chain providers throughout Europe.

Requirements and Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Program Management, or related field.

·  Min of 5 years of customer relationship management and project management experience; working knowledge of logistics and construction management and government contracts.

·  30% travel throughout Europe with periodic travel to the United States.
