Heartline Staffing is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time opportunities at South Mountain Restoration Center in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

WHO YOU'LL CARE FOR
Residents require nursing-home care and may have histories of serious psychiatric illness, dementia, or chronic physical and mental health conditions. Care is individualized with a focus on comfort, dignity, and helping residents maintain as much independence as possible.

COMPENSATION
• $26.00 per hour

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time
• Day shifts available
• Evening shifts available
• Overnight shifts available
• Assigned weekends and holidays required

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Assist residents with hygiene, meals, comfort, and activities of daily living.
• Support restorative programs that help residents maintain independence.
• Communicate with residents using a calm and respectful approach.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Follow resident care plans and infection-control procedures.
• Help maintain a safe and clean resident-care environment.

Requirements
• Active registration on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry REQUIRED
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience REQUIRED
• Availability to work assigned weekends and holidays REQUIRED

Preferred
• Previous long-term care experience
• Experience caring for residents with dementia, psychiatric histories, or chronic physical and mental health conditions
