Position Information:

With impeccable attention to detail, the Event Driver is responsible for the delivery, setup, servicing, operation, and breakdown of portable sanitation equipment for special events.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver, place, set up, service, and remove portable restrooms, restroom trailers, and specialty sanitation equipment in accordance with event maps, placement instructions, and venue requirements.
• Load, unload, inspect, count, prepare, and recover event equipment and supplies, ensuring units are clean, stocked, functional, properly placed, and accounted for.
• Perform scheduled and on-demand servicing during active events, maintaining cleanliness, supplies, water levels, and waste capacity based on event needs and site conditions.
• Safely operate service trucks, pumping equipment, tanks, hoses, generators, trailers, and related systems; assist with connections, disconnections, and basic troubleshooting as trained.
• Represent Go Potties professionally and communicate with customers, event organizers, venue personnel, security, vendors, and supervisors regarding service needs, access issues, equipment concerns, and changing conditions.
• Follow venue-specific access, credentialing, traffic, safety, scheduling, and operating requirements and adapt to changes in event conditions or service demands.
• Perform required vehicle inspections, secure loads properly, and maintain company vehicles, tools, supplies, and equipment in clean, safe operating condition; promptly report damage or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with service routes, deliveries, pickups, yard operations, equipment preparation, cleaning, inventory, and other operational duties as assigned.
• Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints with integrity and poise, provide information on parking procedures and/or policies.
• Keep the assigned area clean and secure.
• Attend training classes as directed by management.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma, or the equivalent preferred. 

Experience:

• 1 year of mechanical or related experience preferred (automotive, diesel, or equipment).

Qualifications:

• Nevada Driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Subject to pre-employment and random drug testing and road test.
• 2 (two) years portable toilet route driving experience with 1 (one) year experience in customer service, preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions and information in English.
• Ability to use personal computer and hand-held applications. 
• An ability to work flexible shifts/hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, at varying locations.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast pace and high-volume environment. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Must present a professional, friendly image and appearance.
• Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Physical Demands:

• Finger and hand dexterity. 
• Requires the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
• Noise levels are distracting or uncomfortable.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including extremes of hot or cold in addition to wet environments.
• Job requires the following motions: climbing, stooping, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, squatting, repetitive lifting; up to 75 pounds, stretching, sitting, walking on uneven ground and stairs.
