Connected Logistics is seeking a Documentation Specialist for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Program Office, located in Battle Creek, MI.

 . 

Key Responsibilities

• Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information to support the CAGE Program Office in support of its mission.
• Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology and compliance with DLA document standards. 
• For applications built to run in a Windows environment, uses the standard help compiler to prepare all on-line documentation.

• Five (5) years relevant experience 
• Experience in technical writing and documentation pertaining to all aspects of IT
• Experience in preparing technical documentation, including conducting research on applicable standards
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 Secret

Required Skills: 

• Superior communications skills both written and oral. 
• Prior experience with writing or editing technical documentation 
• Proficient with MS Office products. 
• Solid command of English grammar and technical style 
• Possess a technical vocabulary of computer development terms 
• Demonstrated experience and ability to work independently or under only general direction. 
• Proficient in the CAGE application (desired)  

Total Rewards Statement

We believe in fairness and clarity throughout our hiring process. The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$80,000.00 USD. This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
