Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Forklift Experience

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with little to moderate warehouse experience who are looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders
• Put away inventory in designated      warehouse locations 
• Load trucks safely and      efficiently 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and      safe work environment 
• Use handheld scanners or      warehouse systems (training provided if needed) 
• Follow all company safety      policies and procedures 
• Work collaboratively with team      members to meet daily goals 
• Safely drive our foretruck 

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time temp to perm position 
• 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Hourly pay: $20.00

 Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or related experience preferred 
• Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team 
• Good communication skills 
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic 
• Forklift experience (stand up      counterbalance is a plus)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods 
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment 

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience operating pallet jacks
• Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners 
• Shipping and receiving experience
