Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, we are looking for talented and experienced Basketball Private Lesson Coaches who are passionate about helping youth athletes develop their skills and reach their potential.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with a competitive revenue-sharing structure and strong earning potential through private lessons.

As a Basketball Private Lesson Coach, you’ll be responsible for:

• Planning and leading private basketball lessons for players of varying ages and skill levels
• Providing technical, tactical, and encouraging instruction and feedback tailored to each player’s individual development
• Communicating proactively and responsively with players’ families and HCI staff regarding scheduling, lessons, and other relevant information
• Following HCI facility policies and expectations while conducting lessons

To be a great fit, you’ll have:

• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, skills, and player development
• At least two years of basketball coaching experience in a competitive or recreational environment
• Experience working with youth athletes and adapting instruction to different skill levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and encouraging coaching style
• Professional personal presentation and conduct
• Dependability and the ability to manage lesson commitments and scheduling responsibly
