Position Summary
Hop Shops is looking for an energetic, guest-focused Guest Services Ambassador to support our self-checkout experience. This is more than a traditional cashier role. Technology processes the transaction. The Ambassador creates the experience.
Location - Campbellsburg, KY
Pay - $15.50
Schedule - Multiple
Start date - As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and confidently guide guests through the self-checkout experience.
- Provide friendly, memorable guest service.
- Assist guests with transactions and Ribbiting Rewards.
- Monitor self-checkout transactions for accuracy and proactively assist when needed.
- Resolve common guest and Power Counter issues using established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready checkout area.
- Support overall store operations as needed.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with self-checkout technology.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must successfully complete Hop Shops GSA training and certification.
