Role Overview
The Customer Success Specialist drives client retention and growth by guiding customers from onboarding through long-term partnership across our media, marketing, commerce, supply chain, and intelligence ecosystem. You will work closely with Account Directors and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time, results are clearly reported, and every client sees measurable value.
This position provides direct exposure to enterprise marketing teams, multi-channel campaign programs, and the strategic conversations that shape renewals and account expansion.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new and existing clients through setup, adoption, and product training.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with an assigned client portfolio.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with internal teams on fast solutions.
- Delivery Coordination: Partner with production teams to keep programs on schedule.
- Data & Health Tracking: Monitor usage, adoption, and satisfaction to spot early churn risk.
- Reporting & QBRs: Deliver performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Account Growth: Work with Account Directors on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Customer Advocacy: Share client feedback with product and sales teams.

Required Qualifications and Education:
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience; degree in marketing, business, or a related field a plus.
- Communication: Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication across phone, email, and chat.
- Problem-Solving: A patient, solutions-first mindset for difficult or technical questions.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and customer success software.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track and interpret engagement metrics and customer health data.
- Organization: Strong time management and the ability to multitask and shift focus quickly.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
