Kalos Services is growing and looking for an Experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled plumber with strong commercial experience who can work independently, interpret plans, troubleshoot systems, and deliver quality, code-compliant work.

Travel Requirements

This role requires flexibility to travel to job sites throughout Florida and Georgia as project needs dictate. While we strive to provide advance notice, candidates must be willing to travel as needed. Flexibility and reliability are essential to success in this position.

Schedule

Work hours may vary based on project demands and workload. Some projects may require flexibility with hours, including occasional nights or weekends.

Compensation

$28–$35/hour (recommended based on comps)

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing plans.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems for proper operation and code compliance.
• Perform work accurately, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Estimate time and materials required for assigned work.
• Maintain organized jobsites and ensure tools and materials are ready for each task.
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
• Work closely with project teams to meet schedules and project requirements.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures and standards.
• Ensure completed work meets applicable plumbing codes and quality standards.

• 10+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong journeyman-level plumbing experience.
• Proficiency in shop math and the ability to work skillfully with tools, materials, metals, and equipment.
• Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from drawings, sketches, and blueprints.
• Ability to work within precise limits and established standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing plans
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with planning calendars and project schedules.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
• Flexibility to perform a variety of duties as project needs change.
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida and Georgia.
