Soliel is seeking a skilled Senior Architectural Modeler/Data Steward to support a stable, fully funded U.S. Army program. In this role, you will translate Army capability, operational, and system requirements into formal UAF and SysML architecture models and related technical specifications. You will lead Architecture Integration Strategy (IS) sessions with government stakeholders, develop and maintain architecture modeling standards and style guides, and oversee the consistency and quality of architecture data across approved repositories. Working with Army architects, functional data managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will translate architecture requirements into actionable technical information and guide architecture data products through developer hand-off.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, author, and maintain digital UAF and SysML architecture models (OV, SV, AV, BDD, IBD) in Cameo/MagicDraw to bridge CAPDEV and MATDEV requirements.
• Manage the Army Integrated Architecture Data Standards (IADS) process, including Information Exchange Specifications (IES), data quality, architecture data standards, and lifecycle governance.
• Lead and facilitate IADS working groups and Integration Strategy (IS) meetings to resolve architecture data issues, establish requirements, build stakeholder consensus, and align program goals.
• Direct inter-agency coordination with Army Functional Data Managers, the Army CDO, and the Architecture Data Board on architecture requirements and policies.
• Serve as a liaison by briefing Army leadership on strategic architecture status while translating digital models into technical specifications for developers.
• Review architecture data, models, and related work products for consistency with approved standards, modeling guidelines, and requirements.
• Oversee data federation and interface exchanges across approved Army systems while guiding framework transitions and evaluating emerging MBSE tools.
• Guide the Junior Data Analyst's work products—including data dictionaries, source-to-target mapping spreadsheets, and schema definitions—prior to developer hand-off.
• Brief Army leadership and senior stakeholders on architecture status, data issues, integration activities, and recommended actions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant technical field. 
• 5+ years of applicable hands-on experience creating UAF and SysML architecture models and viewpoints. 
• Direct experience developing DoD CAPDEV, MATDEV, or MBSE architectures.
• Strong experience using Cameo, MagicDraw, or a comparable architecture modeling tool.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise data standards, architecture standards, modeling guidelines, or style guides.
• Experience developing or managing architecture data standards, information exchange specifications, data governance, or related architecture data activities.
• Strong communication and ability to lead technical meetings and collaborate effectively across Government and contractor teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Professional UAF or SysML certifications (e.g., OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional / OCSMP).
• Experience with architecture data management or data governance in an enterprise environment or Community of Interest (COI).
• Experience working with enterprise architecture models, data repositories, or centralized architecture data environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise architecture data integration, data exchange, or federation across systems.

COMPENSATION:

• $120,000-130,000/year (flexible based on experience)
