Compensation: $25.50 - $30.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Varied including days, evenings and weekends
About the Role
At Breckenridge Grand Vacations, we create Grand Vacations by Sharing Smiles with every Owner, Guest, and coworker. As our Assistant Spa Manager at Infinity Spa, you will be the trusted leader and champion for our spa team, translating our commitment to exceptional hospitality into every guest interaction and staff development opportunity. You will be the architect of serenity, ensuring our team members feel supported, trained, and empowered to deliver unforgettable spa experiences while you help steer the day-to-day operations that keep Infinity Spa running seamlessly.
This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who is equal parts empathetic mentor, operations expert, and problem solver. You will take ownership of the spa's daily rhythm, from coaching and scheduling the concierge team to monitoring the locker rooms, relaxation areas, and treatment spaces, always leading with consistency, integrity, and a passion for developing others. You will partner with the Spa Manager to manage budgets, inventory, payroll, and guest feedback, ensuring every detail reflects the high standards our Owners and Guests expect.
If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, are driven by a desire to help others grow, and find deep satisfaction in knowing you played a part in a guest's relaxation and a team member's success, we'd love to meet you.
