What You'll Do

? Track down shipments and work directly with carriers to solve delivery issues

? Process returns and orders accurately, including web and small accounts

? Handle specialized orders for school districts and education agencies

? Support the Account Management team as new needs come up

What We're Looking For

? 1–3 years of customer service, logistics, or account support experience

? A dependable, detail-oriented pro who's comfortable with a fast-moving day

? Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce), carrier tracking, and order-entry systems

? High school diploma or GED

? Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
