Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Security Guard for our busy 4th Quarter (October to December) to support operations at our manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment for employees, visitors, and property.

This position will be a 10-hour day shift schedule. 5 pm to 7 am.

05:00 PM – 07:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor facility entrances and exits
• Control access for employees, visitors, and vendors
• Conduct routine security checks and patrols
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports
• Respond calmly and professionally to situations as they arise
• Support overall workplace safety policies

Qualifications

• Prior security, warehouse, or facility experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to remain alert and attentive during 12-hour shifts
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
