Glenwood State Bank is looking for a Full-Time Customer Relations Specialist to join our community banking team in Glenwood! If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and creating positive experiences, this could be a great opportunity for you. This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a rotating Saturday schedule.

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers and strengthening relationships with every interaction. You’ll provide prompt, friendly, and professional service through phone calls, live chat, and in-person interactions with both current and prospective customers. You’ll answer questions, identify customer needs, provide information about the Bank’s products and services, and ensure each customer receives the level of service they’ve come to expect from Glenwood State Bank.

This position also supports the day-to-day operations of the bank and offers a variety of responsibilities. You’ll assist with customer inquiries and administrative tasks, coordinate deliveries, sort and distribute mail, help maintain an inviting lobby environment, and support other operational needs as they arise. Following established policies and procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail will be an important part of the role.

The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. We’re looking for someone who can confidently interact with customers, work independently when needed, and contribute positively to a close-knit, team-focused environment. Previous customer service or banking experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
