- Work closely with HR leadership to translate priorities and decisions into clear workplans, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate annual and ongoing HR processes, including performance reviews, promotions, compensation, employee engagement surveys, manager recognition programs, and employee departures.
- Support recruiting across the firm, including coordinating searches, screening candidates, managing interview processes, and helping ensure a responsive and organized candidate experience.
- Maintain visibility across multiple HR workstreams, monitor progress, identify obstacles, and ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, and firm leadership to gather information, resolve outstanding issues, and keep work moving.
- Administer employee benefits and provide timely, responsive support to employees navigating benefits-related questions and issues.
- Maintain HR policies, records, and practices and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements.
- Build and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analyses that provide leadership with clear and useful information.
- Coordinate the administration and delivery of learning and development programs, including scheduling, communications, materials, participation tracking, and follow-up.
- Administer employee pulse surveys, analyze results, and help coordinate resulting action plans.
- Draft clear, polished employee communications, leadership presentations, and other HR materials.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements that make HR processes more efficient, consistent, and scalable.
- Anticipate next steps, raise potential issues, and propose solutions before they become barriers.
- Support onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities as needed.
- Execute special projects and other assignments in partnership with HR leadership.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five to seven years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth, or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects, recurring processes, and unexpected priorities.

- Experience supporting HRIS process improvements and system implementation; familiarity with Paylocity, Leapsome, HealthEquity and Employee Navigator preferred.
- A hands-on, action-oriented working style and the ability to move work forward without sacrificing accuracy or judgment.
- Ability to anticipate next steps, identify potential obstacles, and follow up consistently without requiring close supervision.
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain visibility across a broad portfolio of HR work.
- Ability to take direction, ask thoughtful questions, and turn decisions into clear action.
