About This Role:
The Director of Digital Solutions & Analytics provides strategic leadership for Accra’s digital solutions, software delivery, enterprise analytics, automation, integration, and digital transformation portfolio. This role is accountable for delivering measurable enterprise value from digital initiatives, improving trusted data adoption, and ensuring operational and back-office teams run on dependable Accra developed solutions. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Director leads managers, engineers, analysts, and technical partners responsible for application development, integrations, reporting, data models, dashboards, and automation. The position serves as a senior bridge between business and technology teams, translating operational needs into solution options, roadmaps, clear recommendations, and outcome measures that support growth, efficiency, cost savings, compliance, and adoption.
What You will Do:
Role Specific Essential Functions:
- Create and maintain a multi-year digital solutions and analytics roadmap aligned with organizational goals and executive priorities.
- Partner with executive leaders to identify, prioritize, and fund technology-enabled transformation opportunities that support growth, efficiency, cost savings, and risk reduction.
- Define outcome measures for major initiatives and communicate progress, risks, investment needs, tradeoffs, and realized value.
- Lead application development, integration, automation, testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization across the full software development lifecycle.
- Establish and mature Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, quality assurance, architecture, and release-management standards.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure (i.e. HIPAA, NIST), reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and operational needs.
- Establish the enterprise analytics strategy, reporting framework, KPI standards, and self-service analytics model.
- Lead delivery of dashboards, operational reporting, data models, and decision-support capabilities that increase trusted data adoption by operational and support leaders.
- Translate business requirements into solution options, roadmaps, dependencies, and clear recommendations.
- Embed change management, communication, training, and adoption measures into delivery plans.
- Manage vendor quality, deliverables, cost, contracts, compliance, and adherence to timelines.
Accra Essential Functions as a Director:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software development, applications leadership, digital solutions, analytics, integration, automation, or technology management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with focus on coaching, accountability, culture, and driving results; experience managing technical teams, including managers, engineers, analysts, or technical leads preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise application development, analytics, reporting, dashboard, integration, and automation initiatives.
- Ability to manage a strategic technology portfolio with measurable outcomes, value tracking, prioritization, risk management, investment planning, and executive communication.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate operational, clinical, administrative, and support needs into roadmaps and delivered solutions.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, quality assurance, solution architecture, release management, and operational support models.
- Knowledge of business intelligence, KPI frameworks, Power BI, dashboards, data models, self-service reporting, data governance, data quality, lineage, and data accessibility.
- Knowledge of API, integration, automation, workflow technologies, cloud platforms, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, AlayaCare, ERP, and related enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of security, privacy, HIPAA, NIST CSF, risk management, and governance practices.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including the use of internal office and organizational software (such as Microsoft Office), and the ability to quickly learn and gain proficiency with Accra specific systems.
- Strong creativity, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
