Job Overview

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic Dishwasher to join our kitchen and event team. This position supports catering operations at multiple venues throughout the Twin Cities and plays an important role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly. You’ll ensure dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and ready for service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using manual or mechanical methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish areas and kitchen workspaces.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and surfaces meet sanitation and safety standards.
• Take out trash and recycling and keep disposal areas clean.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen, service, and event staff to support operations.
• Travel to various event venues as scheduled.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to different venues throughout the Twin Cities.
• Must be available to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, lift, reach, and move throughout kitchen and event spaces. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment

Work is performed in fast-paced kitchen and event environments at various Twin Cities venues. The position may involve exposure to heat, water, cleaning chemicals, food service equipment, and changing event conditions. Regular travel between venues is required.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 30 hours per week. Hours are variable and scheduled around event needs. This position requires availability for nights and weekends and travel to different event venues.
